2024-2025 Ice Girls Audition Requirements

The Tulsa Oilers Ice Girls are a professional dance team that supports the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL. As hosts of the game, the Ice Girls welcome our guests and assist with promotions and giveaways. You can find them skating on the ice for promotions in between periods, signing autographs, and posing for pictures with fans.

Walk-in auditions will not be accepted
Registration requirements: photos and recommendation letters will be turned in at check-in on Saturday. You have the option to upload your recommendation letter with your Google application.

- Current Headshot
  - Printed 4x6 photo from the shoulders up
  - No AI photos
- Recommendation Letter
  - Professional references only
- Audition Fee $25
  - Cash is preferred

Audition Requirements

Must be 18 years of age by October 19, 2024
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must hold a job or be enrolled in college
Skating, cheer, or dance experience is preferred, but not required
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
Must reside in the Tulsa area and have reliable means of transportation to all practices, games, and appearances
Must commit to the Tulsa Oilers Ice Girls schedule, which includes but is not limited to attendance at all practices, majority of home games, and events from August 2024 - July 2025
Must commit to staying physically fit throughout the length of the season

Auditions: Saturday, August 3, 2024

WeStreet Ice Center located at 4143 South Yale Avenue Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135
Interviews will begin at noon Saturday. You will receive an email the week of auditions letting you know when to arrive for your interview.
Check-in will begin at 2:00 pm. All registration items are due at that time. This includes your printed headshot, recommendation letter, and audition fee.
Audition attire:
- Interview attire that is casual/business casual
- Bra top and shorts of your choice, nude/tan pantyhose, and tennis shoes/dance shoes of your choice (form-fitting athletic wear may be worn for the skate portion)
- Game day glam hair and makeup
- No jewelry except for stud earrings or wedding band
- All tattoos must be covered

Auditions are closed to the public. If you cannot commit to the requirements, please do not audition. Video auditions are available by request.
