AUDITION APPLICATION

2025-2026 Ice Girls Audition Requirements

The Tulsa Oilers Ice Girls are a professional dance team that supports the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL. As hosts of the game, the Ice Girls welcome our guests and assist with promotions and giveaways. You can find them skating on the ice for promotions during intermissions, signing autographs, and posing for pictures with fans.

Walk-in auditions will not be accepted
Registration requirements: photos and recommendation letters will be turned in at check-in on Saturday. You can also email your letter to: icegirls@tulsaoilers.com
Online Application Form - Google form - due by Thursday, August 14 at midnight
Current Headshot - Printed 4x6 photo from the shoulders up
-No AI photos
Recommendation Letter - Professional references only
Audition Fee $25 - Cash is preferred, will accept cards

Audition Requirements

Must be 18 years of age by October 11, 2025
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must hold a job or be enrolled in college
Skating, cheer, or dance experience is preferred, but not required
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
Must reside in the Tulsa area and have a reliable means of transportation to all practices, games, and appearances
Must commit to the Tulsa Oilers Ice Girls schedule, which includes but is not limited to attendance at all practices, the majority of home games, and events from August 2025 to July 2026
Must commit to staying physically fi t throughout the length of the season

Auditions: Saturday, August 16, 2025

WeStreet Ice Center is located at 4143 South Yale Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135
Check-in will begin at 3:00 pm. All registration items are due at that time. This includes your printed headshot, recommendation letter, and audition fee.
Audition attire:
Bra top and shorts of your choice, nude/tan pantyhose, and a cover-up
Dance/tennis shoes of your choice and skates - you may rent when you arrive, or bring your own
Game day glam hair and makeup
No jewelry except for stud earrings and wedding bands
All tattoos must be covered
Interviews will be conducted as a second round of the audition process the following week.
Auditions are closed to the public. If you cannot commit to the requirements, please do not audition. Video auditions are available by request and must be noted on your application.
