Oilers Donation Requirements

  • Must be in the state of Oklahoma
  • Form must be filled out entirely
  • Only one donation per calendar year

PLAYER AND MASCOT APPEARANCES

The Tulsa Oilers are committed to being active and involved in our community. Each year our mascot and players attend numerous events at schools, day cares, grand openings, company events, and more. All mascot and player appearance requests must include the request form. Form must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the date of your event.

Please remember, players will NOT be available for any appearances on days that they have games at the BOK Center, or while traveling to away games.
