Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and the AHL’s San Diego Gulls, and powered by Community Care, announce that forward Dylan Fitze signs in Green Country for another season.
Fitze (33) produced 16 goals, tied for second on the team, and 13 assists for 29 points in 47 games last season for Tulsa.
“Fitze is another guy that brings a wealth of experience at our level,” said Head Coach Rob Murray. “Dylan was a great addition for us last year, and his impressive finish to the season is what we are looking for out of him to start this new year.”
After coming off an injury that kept him out of the lineup for 12 games, Fitze finished the last 17 games of the season with 17 points (9g, 8a) from March 12 to April 18.
The veteran spent four seasons before his time in Tulsa with Utah, compiling 104 points (51g, 53a) in 192 appearances with the Grizzlies.
The six-foot-two, 203-pound winger served as an alternate captain with Utah over three seasons and ranked third on the team with 21 goals during the 2023-24 season. Fitze has reached double-digit goals in all his six full seasons in the ECHL, breaking the 15-goal plateau on three occasions and pacing a 20-goal season over a full 72-game season three times. In addition to his time with the Grizzlies, Fitze has spent time with the Orlando Solar Bears and played two games with the Kansas City Mavericks.
The Peterborough, Ontario native played 129 collegiate games with Laurentian University, registering 73 points (41g, 32a) in 129 games.
Fitze joins Lukas Jirousek (F), Tyrell Goulbourne (F), Mike McKee (D), Nik Armstrong-Kingcade (F), Caleb Huffman (D), Max Itagaki (F), Ian Amsbaugh (F), Connor Fedorek (D), Ethan Benz (F), Zachary Murray (F), Max Ruoho (D), Caiden Gault (F), Jay Dickman (F), and Tyler Poulsen (F) as announced signings for the 2026-27 season.
