Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and the AHL’s San Diego Gulls, and powered by Community Care, announced the second and final preseason game before the 2026-27 regular season: a home game at WeStreet Ice Center against the Allen Americans on October 10 at 7:05 p.m. CT.
The Oilers will begin their preseason on the road against Wichita on October 9 at Wichita Ice Center for a 7:05 p.m. CT tilt against the Thunder before turning around and playing at home the following night.
“It is always great to have exhibition games,” said head coach Rob Murray. With the away game on Friday in Wichita and the home game on Saturday against Allen, it allows us to jump into the swing of the regular season in the preseason.”
Tulsa finished the 2025-26 season with a 6-8-1-0 record against the Allen Americans in 15 games, accounting for 20.83% of the team’s regular season games. The Oilers have a 77-65-17 record against their Texas rivals in their ECHL era and will play the Americans nine times in the 2026-27 season, including the season opener at home inside the BOK Center on Oct. 17 at 7:05 p.m. CT.
