TULSA, Okla. â€”The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and the AHL’s San Diego Gulls and powered by Community Care, beat the Rapid City Rush 5-2 at the Monument on Friday night
