OILERS ANNOUNCE UPDATED TRAINING CAMP ROSTER

Oilers make series of moves ahead of Friday night’s season opener

TULSA, OK – The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks, announced Tuesday an updated training camp roster.

On Monday, Tulsa released forwards Blake Gober, Tommy Cardinal and Jacob Benson. Gober was on an SPC, and Cardinal and Benson were both tryout players.

Tuesday the Oilers added forwards Mario Puskarich and Ian McNulty on SPCs. 2020-21 will be Puskarich’s first season with the Oilers. The 5’9, 174 lbs. forward comes to the Oilers after spending the last season overseas with the Manchester Storm of the EIHL. McNulty returns to Tulsa for his third-straight campaign in Green Country. The 6’0, 187 lbs. forward has 25 goals and 31 assists over 118 games with the Oilers.

Bryce Kindopp, a 21-year-old forward, was assigned to Tulsa from Anaheim on Tuesday. A native of Lloydminster, BC, Kindopp is contracted to the Ducks after an impressive WHL career that saw him post 110 goals and 87 assists in 266 WHL games. Kindopp spent his entire WHL career with the Everett Silvertips, and he captained the team during the 2019-20 season.
