TULSA, OK – The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets and AHL’s Manitoba Moose, re-signed the club’s top returning goal-scorer Phil Brewer on Monday. Brewer, 26, returns to Tulsa for his second pro season, after appearing in the Rockford IceHogs’ AHL camp. The Cambridge, ON native led the Oilers in goals (26) as a rookie in 2015-16, and finished with 48 points (26-22=48) in 71 games. The Calgary, AB native also finished the 2014-15 season in Tulsa, where he appeared in 28 games for the Oilers after starting the season with the Ontario Reign. The Fuel will be Ramsay’s fourth ECHL team.
