OILERS ANNOUNCE TRAINING CAMP ROSTER AND SCHEDULE
“Blue vs. White Scrimmage” scheduled for Saturday, October 8.
TULSA, OK – The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets and AHL’s Manitoba Moose, announced their training camp roster and schedule Sunday ahead of the 2016-17 season. Tulsa will begin on-ice activities Monday, October 3 at the Oilers Ice Center.

Training camp is highlighted by the annual “Blue vs. White Scrimmage” on Saturday, October 8 at 8:00pm at the Oilers Ice Center. All practices and the scrimmage are open to fans and the media.
The Oilers will carry 26 players at the start of camp, 19 of whom are on ECHL contracts and seven on tryout agreements. The roster is composed of 16 forwards, eight defensemen and two goaltenders. Additionally, two players who have agreed to terms with the Oilers are currently participating in AHL camps.

All training camp practices will be at the Oilers Ice Center and are open to the public. The Oilers Ice Center is located at 6413 S. Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133. The Oilers begin the 2016-17 season in Wichita on Saturday, October 15. Tulsa opens its home schedule October 21 vs. Indy at 7:05pm at the BOK Center.
