The Tulsa Oilers announced Wednesday the trade of defenseman Joe Sova to the Toledo Walleyes for future considerations.
Sova played in 33 games with the Tulsa Oilers registering 3 points (1 goal and 2 assists) and 14 penalty minutes.The 27 year-old returns to the Walleye having played in 23 contests Toledo during the 2013-14 season.The Tulsa Oilers are back on the ice tonight as they battle the South Carolina Stingrays for the first time in club history. Doors open at 6 p.m at the BOK Center for $1 Hot Dog Night.
