Oilers announce roster for first day of training camp

TULSA, OK – The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL Affiliate of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and the AHL’s San Diego Gulls, announced the training camp roster for the 2021-22 season — the team’s 70th season.        

Training camp will take place at the Oilers Ice Center. Fans will be permitted to watch each practice at no cost.

The Oilers are playing preseason games on Friday, Oct 15 and Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Wichita Ice Center in Wichita, KS. Both games will start at 7 p.m. CT, and tickets can be purchased through the following link https://www.wichitathunder.com/exhibition21. The Oilers and Thunder have played each other consecutively since 1992. Tulsa is 61-19-6 against the Thunder since joining the ECHL in 2014.

The Oilers kick off the 2021-22 season with a Friday night road tilt against the Rapid City Rush on Friday, Oct. 22. The home opener for the Oilers’ 70th season is on Saturday, Oct. 30 against the Kansas City Mavericks at the BOK Center.
